Rabbi Seth's letter to the Hillel community 10/12
Statement from President Beilock: “I stand with you at this vigil in condemning the horrific, terrorist slaughter by Hamas of hundreds of Israeli civilians – including old people and little children – as well as citizens of other countries, including the United States. We are gathered together on the Green to express our horror, to mourn, and to affirm the sanctity of human life..” (Chabad/Hillel/UVJC Vigil in Solidarity with Israel, October 12)

“We are working closely to support affected students abroad as well as those here at Dartmouth and urge anyone experiencing anxiety or concern over the events of the last few days to seek help. Students can call the Counseling Center at 603-646-9442. Faculty and staff can call the Faculty/Employee Assistance Program at 844-216-8308.
We recognize this type of conflict and others like it can last for quite some time. These events represent an ongoing commitment to making space to engage in an open exchange of ideas. We are committed to providing our community members with the skills to actively listen in constructive and inclusive dialogue across a variety of subjects.” (Email from Dean Smith et al., October 9)
